Billing
With our services, we provide a single point of contact for task management as well as payment management. We’ll handle the bills for the work we do on your behalf and will compile all of the charges into one monthly invoice for easier payment and tracking. No one likes having to worry about reoccurring maintenance payments or trying to figure out what subcontractor takes which payment method.
pricing
We provide our services at a flat rate of $100/hour per person which is billed out at the end of each month. We offer home maintenance packages that are customized to the size and needs of your home. Please contact us for your customized automated home maintenance package.
