Zoe Rohaly:

Zoe spent her time working in the event industry prior to working for a Seattle-based dock building company, where she met her now fiancé and business partner, Dustin!

During her time there, she helped the team quickly become the top marine construction company on Lake Washington. This was in part due to her great communication skills and her unmatched customer service, in addition to her ability to take on and own new tasks.

Zoe's approach to working with her customers is to always be there to help, whether it's just a quick phone call or an urgent drive over. She believes that good communication is key in every situation. Even if the topic of discussion may be a difficult one, she makes sure to handle them quickly and in ways that provide both satisfactory solutions and a positive experience.

dustin howe:

Dustin's background is in residential construction & management. He grew up learning directly from his father who built large custom homes in Arizona, Idaho, and Hawaii.

He learned from a young age what it took to take care of clients the right way. He continued his career building homes in Arizona and Oregon, until he finally landed in Seattle in 2018. That's when he started working for a local dock building company and where he met his now fiancée Zoe. Together with an amazing team, they built what they believe to be the best service team on the lake.

Dustin says customer service is in their blood and that is what has driven them to start EMC. He wants to spend his time focusing solely on making clients happy and solving problems for them. That is his happy place and where he believes he and Zoe can make the most impact.
